SHORT MESSAGE SERVICE (SMS) TERMS AND CONDITONS:

Important!  Please  read  these  SMS  Terms  &  Conditions  carefully. 

We collect your phone number so we may contact you via SMS text message. If you are a customer, you can send us photos or work order requests and we will reply and let you know your text message was received.
If you are an employee, we will text you company updates, text you to call us, or text you if we have any questions.

 

By  enrolling  or  otherwise  agreeing  to  receive  text messages from or on behalf of Advanced Environmental Landscape ("AE Landscape"), or by otherwise providing your phone number to AE Landscape, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions, as well as our Online Privacy Policy which are Incorporated herein by reference and can be viewed on this same page.

 

You represent that you are the owner or authorized user or subscriber of the phone number and wireless device that you are using to receive text messages from or on behalf of AE Landscape.  You may receive text messages when you apply for, or attempt to use, an AE Landscape product or service.

 

If you receive a message asking you to provide or confirm personal details or confidential Information, do not reply. Promptly report it to us at support@aelandscapedesign.com, including the contents of the text message.  Once reported, you can then delete the text message from your device.

 

Advanced Environmental Landscape will only send you a text message in these cases:

If you are an employee, you will receive company wide messages with reminders of holidays or events. We may also reach out to you with questions regarding HR concerns such as questions about your time card or PTO requests. We will send a text on days with inclement weather, when we are not able to work. We could also text you with questions about work during work hours. We will not send any marketing messages to employees.

If you are a customer, you can text us with requests for your property. We will reply with confirmation or questions. But we will not send any marketing messages.

If you are a vendor, we will text you for status or order confirmation. We will not send any marketing messages.

 

AE Landscape does not charge for text messages.  You may be subject to standard messaging and data fees from your carrier according to your mobile messaging plan. Message and data rates may apply. Please refer to your plan details for more Information. Your wireless carrier is not liable for any delay or failure to deliver any message sent to or from AE Landscape, including messages that you may send through AE Landscape or that we may send on your behalf.

 

Message frequency may vary. We will not be liable for any delays or failures in your receipt of any text messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and processing by your mobile device.  Text message services are provided on an AS IS, AS AVAILABLE basis.

 

By enrolling or otherwise agreeing to receive text messages from or on behalf of AE Landscape, or by otherwise providing your phone number to AE Landscape, you acknowledge that AE Landscape may obtain data including but not limited to your mobile phone number, your carrier's name, and the date, time, and content of your messages and other information that you may provide. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us, and to otherwise operate, develop, and improve the relevant services.  Nonetheless, we reserve the right to disclose any information necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request.

 

All content and materials sent by AE Landscape and received by you are proprietary to us and our licensors, and are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

 

AE Landscape reserves the right to alter these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time.  We may suspend or terminate text message services to you If we believe you are in breach of our terms and conditions.  Text message services are also subject to termination in the event your wireless service terminates or lapses. We may discontinue text message services at any time.
